I am an educator, consultant and artist. My formal and informal training blends the disciplines of education, human resource development, contemplative practice, the arts and somatic awareness.

 My clients come from a variety of professional backgrounds, all of whom share remarkable levels of personal accomplishment and a focus towards contribution.

I support them to be personally and interpersonally centered in their life's work, through clarity of motivation, aspiration, and unique capabilities and resources.

I facilitate individuals, groups and teams to sort out the causes and conditions of stress within a workplace. We learn together to maximize creative tension, and transform, self-defeating habits, from meaningless exertion to unexpected, and fruitful results.
